checks. The report generated will also facilitate IT managers and staff to

What you need to access your information
There are information that you need at hand before you are able to access the
information.
a. A copy of the latest CHASS invoice issued to your company that
is not more than 12months old.
How to access
a. Please key in your company name that stated in the invoice as the ID
b. Your Password will be the latest invoice number; which cannot be more
than 12months old.
