How Remote Halo Portal Ensures Customer Care:

Instant Support and Resolution  as you and our Call Centre Specialist connect and chat in real time.

Instant Support and Resolution  empowers our Call Centre Specialist to escalate the session to remotely view your computer and share mouse and keyboard control.

Instant Support and Resolution  allows both you and our Call Centre Specialist to draw and highlight on each other's screens.

How Secure is Remote Halo?

At the beginning of a screen-sharing session, you and our Call Centre Specialist are connected via our communication server. To ensure that only the designated parties are connected, both parties have to present randomly generated session keys. The screen data that is passed between customer and support provider during a session is highly compressed using proprietary technology that can be view only with Remote HALO software. Adopting Truste compliant privacy principals, CHASSAsia ensures total security by recording each session for post-incident security and encrypting data with AES 128-bit encryption.
