With the signing of the US - Singapore Free Trade Agreement (USSFTA) on 6^th May 2003, do you know how it impacts you and your business?

As you may be aware, the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) published the Draft Copyright (Amendment) Bill on 24^th July 2004. This Copyright (Amendment) Bill is due to be passed before 1^st January 2005. This Bill states that, should willful infringements of copyright on a commercial scale occur, it shall be deemed as a criminal offence.
